The victim of a bizarre Fresno homicide has been identified. Police say 66-year-old Robert West of Fresno was the man found dead in a shopping cart Saturday morning.

Fresno Police are investigating a suspicious death. On Saturday morning, officers were called to a mobile home park where a man was found pushing a shopping cart with a body in it. According to neighbors, the men were brothers. The man pushing the cart has not been identified. He is being held for questioning. The cause of death is under investigation.

A body that a man allegedly tried to dump into a trash bin Saturday has been identified as Robert West, 66, of Fresno, the Fresno County Coroner's Office said Monday.
